A new house as a solid future

More than 24 permanent 2-storey houses in Pelena are currently under construction. These houses are built on the landowner's property itself, but situated more than 100m away from the shoreline. By the beginning of next month we plan to undertake at least another 10 houses in the same area and this might go up to 75 or even 100 new permanent houses.

The first floor of about 6 houses is already completed and out of this 3 houses are finished up to roof-level. Today the first roof sheets will be placed.

In parallel to these constructions the necessary arrangements and approvals go on in order to commence the building of 250 1-storey houses on our 32 acres plot in Polathumodara.
